According to the press service of SNSC republic of Tajikistan’s frontier troops, on 22 July 2019 year the citizens of Vorukh jamaat, Isfara region had the preparation for working visit Tajik president, his honor Emomali Rahmonov to Isfara was settled national flag including in Vorukh jamaat territory. The president of Tajikistan together with the Kirghiz president had meeting in this visit.
As announces the press service of SNSC republic of Tajikistan’s border troops, the citizens of Kirghiz republic did not allow them to do all this things. This was happened at about 16:35 pm. They dig the land without permission and set up inscription “Oksoy” and their national flag. As the citizens of Kirghiz republic did it in the territory of Tajikistan, local people of Vorukh jamaat complained about it. Consequently, new dispute has arisen.
Along with throwing stones to the side of Tajik people Kirghiz citizens as well used firearms. At the result of firing was died the citizen of Tajikistan, Vorukh jamaat dweller, Karaev Jalol 1967 year of birth, three more got an injury. As well during throwing the stones 7 citizens of Tajikistan got severe wound and were delivered to the hospital.
Taking advantage of the situation the citizens of Kirghiz republic illegally blocked the “Isfara- Vorukh” road.
The current event happened in advance of meeting the heads of two neighbor countries in Isfara town witnesses that certain Kirghiz groups do not support the peace and tranquility in the border territory and every time fall back to provocations.
At the moment there are official representatives of border agency of Tajikistan and Kirghizia’s and other appropriate authority of two countries on occurrence location.
